My husband and I and our 2 boys (4,11) had a great stay at beaucliffe. We had the suite with two bedrooms and it was fantastic for our family dynamic. The breakfasts were great. Location was a 2 minute walk to a tram stop which was easy access to all main attractions. The owners were very friendly. Every thing was clean and nicely decorated. Room got a bit stuffy on the first warm day but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Very pleased with the price too!
Tips:Get the tram family pass to save a lot of money.

Have stopped at The Beaucliffe on numerous occasions over the last 8yrs and have always been impressed by the welcome and service we receive during our stay. This hotel is really well presented, modern decor in each of the rooms, with all the niceties you could possibly need provided. The breakfast is superb too, a perfect start to the day before exploring all Blackpool has to offer! If you are looking at booking this hotel then do not look any further, you will not be disappointed :)
Tips:Located 5mins walk from tram stop near Cliff’s Hotel (North), can walk to Central Pier within 30mins along the sea-front.

This is our third stay at the Beaucliffe and as ever we received a lovely warm welcome as we arrived. Our favourite room offered everything we needed and more from tea and coffee facilities to a huge bed, good sized TV, iron, straighteners and hairdryer. The good sized make up mirror is brilliant too. Bathroom is a really good size and very clean. We have already booked in for next year and look forward to seeing you then. Thank you for all your hard work. You are a fab team and this really shines through in everything you do and provide for us during our stay ☺️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tips:North station has a new tram line adjacent to the station. Brilliant addition to the already brilliant service that it offers. Tram passes are well worth buying and staff on the trams are friendly, helpful and informative. Lots to see and do!!

We had a lovely stay at The Beaucliffe with our three children. The location was perfect as it’s in a nice quiet spot with private parking and the tram stop was very short walk away which takes you directly to the attractions at the sea front. The room was comfortable and lovely and warm, our three children loved the Bunkbed and reading books available outside our room which was a great touch. Breakfast was delicious with good quality ingredients our boys loved the marine fish in the living room. A great place for familes we will certainly visit again.

The owners Mark & Rebecca were fabulous so friendly and accommodating. We’re really helpful and knowledgeable of the area and made you feel so welcome. They also cook a mean breakfast ;) The property it’s self is lovely clean and the facilities there were lovely touches such as biscuits with the Tea/coffee making facilities hairdryer & straighteners. The rooms were lovely sea theme making it ideal for my 2 & 6 yr old We will certainly be booking again!
Tips:We were only up for the weekend but did the arcade, sealife and madam Tussaud’s. If you book a multi-ticket for these places and other related attractions (multi-tickets are a lot cheaper) and you have the photo package watch out on the receipts as there were £5 off vouchers for the photo package at other attractions which we didn’t spot in the first day!

The Beaucliffe is the perfect place for a break, a warm welcome received, we stayed in Room 1 which was well appointed and a good size, clean and very comfortable. The lovely couple that invites you into their home are great hosts, the bar well stocked and the breakfast be cautious what you order as the portion sizes are beyond generous, cooked as requested and served with a pleasant good morning from Mark. All in all our family really enjoyed their stay, location close enough to walk or take tram into main centre, but suitably far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle. We were encouraged to order take away food that we were allowed to eat in the dining area and enjoyed all the home comforts Thank you both and we shall be revisiting next year

This is a really lovely place to stay. It was quiet but an easy walk or tram ride into the centre. The owners are really friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and warm. Highly recommend. So pleased we found The Beaucliffe, thank you.
Tips:The tower is great and we loved going up and seeing the views from the top, the circus was really great and the ballroom was lovely to see. If you are there fro the illuminations I would recommend having a drive down the road to see them all but also go and walk by the tower because the lights change all the time and they project a light show onto the front. My children loved being outside watching the lights.

It’s like home from home. Mark and Rebecca couldn’t be more attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable and homely with nice touches like tea and coffee facilities. My son loves the playroom which has toys and small pool table.
Tips:The Beaucliffe is a 3 minute walk from the Cliffs Hotel tram stop and then a further 7-8 minutes into Blackpool. Download the BPL app and purchase your tram/bus tickets in advance as this is really great value for money. Using the tram head towards Fleetwood and get off at Fisherman’s Walk and 5 minute walk away is the Affinity shopping outlet which is well worth a visit. Room was spotlessly clean and the facilities in it were excellent - great bathroom/shower. Good choice for breakfast which was very well prepared and served in a well set-out dining area.
Tips:If it's Blackpool it has to be the obvious sights. The Tower, the piers and the beach. A walk along the promenade on a dry clear day in February was very enjoyable. Night life - especially at the weekend - is colourful in every respect. Don't expect fine dining, but do expect plenty of fun.

Breakfast was amazing and lots to choose from and nothing was to much trouble. There's hair dryer and straighteners which was grear, it is a bit further from big attractions and was a long walk but a nice one. There is a tram stop down the road if you didn't want to do the long walk. Staff are really friendly and made us feel really welcome and it was homely and we would definitely recommend and visit again
Tips:Theres a big family pub a 5 minute walk away, small shops and lots of food places mainly take away but some are dine in. Trams down the road

We have found a gem of a place to stay in Blackpool.Rebecca and Mark are lovely hosts.Breakfast was delicious. We had a fantastic large room with a very comfy bed.Everywhere clean and tidy and should you want there is a lounge and bar. Great location and also a car park. First time here and hope to visit again.
Tips:Short walk to the front and tram stops. We found Bispham the best for evening meals with plenty of choice. Bispham kitchen is always good for traditional food. The Italian Terra Nostra was superb as was Sunam Tandoori .

Absolutely amazing stay, such a friendly welcome and so helpful. The room was gorgeous, spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, my only niggle was I'd prefer to not have to preorder breakfast but it won't stop us coming back. Thank you for a fantastic few days.
Tips:The hotel is an ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool when it comes to sleeping but so close to the tram network that it doesn't feel like it's too far away to enjoy Blackpool. You can park up and take advantage of hoping on and off the trams to see everything. The trams are very affordable and so close to the hotel.

Excellent location close to the promenade with guaranteed onsite parking a bonus. Mark and Rebecca were very friendly and welcoming hosts. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable with a seating area. Lots of extras included in the room like hair straighteners, iron and ironing board. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices available. The breakfast room and lounge area were bright and well furnished. We will definitely stay here again if staying over in Blackpool!
Tips:Catch bus 3 or 4 into the town centre if visiting at weekends when the illuminations are on rather than trying to get on a tram (trams full even at 10am!) Bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

Really lovely b&b, friendly owners and perfect for families. The owners are really trying to modernise and the room was very nice. Enjoyed breakfast and while location is not in the centre this suited us because we were away from any noise stag/hen parties and it is very easy to get a bus/tram. Play room was a nice thought and our little boy enjoyed the video games and child safe dart board. He also loved the effort made with Halloween decorations

Honestly the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean, fresh and comfy. The shower was amazing, so much I did not want to get out! The breakfast is delish with a variety of options, there is something for everyone. The bar is very reasonably priced and there are lots of comfy chairs to sit and relax in. And most importantly (for me anyway) is that Mark and Rebecca are so welcoming and make you feel at home right from day 1. There is a sign in the lounge ‘arrive as guests leave as friends’ - the perfect quote for this B&B. I will definitely be back! Thank you both for having me x
Tips:For me the location was perfect, away from the main stretch, the beach is at the top of the road and is quiet and clean. The tram stop is also at the top of the road so you can literally jump on to go down to north/central/south pier. The tram passes also let you on the bus if you need to. North pier has the best icecream (right opposite the pier) Robertson icecream and oyster bar. And if you go the opposite way up to Bispham there is the best Italian restaurant called Terra Nostra that you need to try.

Tips:The East 4 West Indian restaurant was top quality and a great place to have a quality meal. The North Pier is a walk away and has a variety of shops and restaurants and you are a few minutes walk from the beach. Ideal location if you are looking for a lovely place to stay that is near the shops etc. The tram stop is a few minutes away and takes you to the pleasure beach. Mark and Rebecca always go above and beyond during your time at the beaucliffe. They have a wide variety of breakfast choices and plenty of menus should you wish to order a takeaway with menus for local eateries. Rooms are clean and spacious and are bright and airy, well furnished with, hair dryer, tongs, kettle, cups, wine glasses basically everything you could wish for including a fridge. All in all we can never fault the BnB and have booked again which will be our 3rd stay for next year.
Tips:Quiet location away from hustle and bustle Trams Stargate is a 5 minute walk from BnB No 4 Bus from winter gardens takes you to the roundabout at the road at the end of the BnB Plenty of restaurants and bars nearer central and a few around the local area of BnB Pleasure beach for kids n adults is great also check out coral island for you little ones too. We have been coming to Blackpool for around 25 years now and stayed in lots of b&b’s, The Beaucliffe was by far the best one we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and the food was lovely. The rooms where a good size and the place wasn’t cluttered with bits and bobs like some other places we have stayed. It is very fresh and modern looking and the owners are such lovely people we will definitely be back.

Absolute pleasure from start to finish. Check in and out process very smooth. The owners cannot do enough for you and they are wonderful people. Room was perfect - one of the best places I have stayed. Spotlessly clean and the decor was modern and not tired at all. Bed was very comfy. Very good area - away from the main centre of Blackpool, but in a very positive way! I stayed with my 13yr old and we felt very safe going for a cliff top wander late in the evening! The breakfast was fabulous - choice, choice and more choice! Cooked brekkie was beautiful! Will definitely stay here when we visit Blackpool again - would not even look anywhere else. They allow takeaway to be delivered - and you sit in the dining room to eat. Cannot rate this place highly enough!
Tips:Only tip for travellers is to stay here - don't bother looking anywhere else :)

We we’re made to feel welcome the moment we stepped through the door. Mark and Rebecca are friendly, professional, attentive hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent and the choice for breakfast was fantastic. Our room was clean and homely. The hotel is located within a short walk to the nearest tram stop getting you into Blackpool in about 5 minutes. This means you are away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the sights and sounds of Blackpool itself. There is a well stocked bar and evening meals are also available. The games room was a real bonus and my 6 year old son made good use of this. We will definitely be booking again.
Tips:A BFL transport pass is a must. Jumping on and off the trams and buses is so convenient. We even managed to get over to the Zoo using these services. The Circus is well worth a visit as is Sea life. From the hotel if you want some traditional fish and chips it’s worth a trip up towards Bispham as the prices are far lower than in Blackpool itself although there are some great restaurants also available in and around the area.

Tips:Just 5 minutes walk to the Tram stop. Lots to see and do, not only in Blackpool, but if you want to get away from the crowds, the coastal walks around Fleetwood and Cleveleys are really lovely. In the opposite direction is Lytham and St Annes which are also quieter and with some brilliant shopping facilities.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We had no problems at all. Would certainly recommend The Beaucliffe and we look forward to visiting again next time we are in Blackpool.
Tips:Short walk to trams which will take you into the centre of Blackpool however on a nice day the walk is pleasant. Blackpool Zoo was great. The Tower is a must if you haven't ever visited there plus the Pleasure Beach. Some really old rollercoasters which are great fun. Plenty to do if you have children. The lights are great to see. Grosvenor Casino does really nice food.

You are a Little Gem amongst the Guest houses in Blackpool run by a lovely couple who look after all your needs. You just have to ask.We had a good comfortable bed in a modern contempory style room.Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with a good choice of options. At the time of our stay i said that what your doing is right and you have a lovely guest houseOveral a lovely stay and would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Blackpool to stay at your Place.
Tips:Blackpool tower ballroom worth a visit as are many other attractions with a decent shopping centre just behind the tower .Also if staying for more than a few days its worth getting a 3 day or 1 week pass on the trams, which you can hop off and on anytime of the day.Illuminations are good and also worth a visit at this time of the year.

Tea coffee etc. Modern en- suites toiletries supplied. Bar and snacks available on premises. Literally a few minutes walk to bus and tram stops. Ideal quiet location with off street parking.
Tips:Would highly recommend purchasing travel tickets via BPL app for use on trams AND buses - day and/or 3 days pass for unlimited travel. Papas fish & chips and The Bank Restaurant & Grill highly recommended for both service and quality food. What a lucky find! Located near Gynn Square it is away from, but within easy reach of, the touristy areas of Blackpool. I've given "location" a score of 4 because perhaps other people would prefer to be closer to town, but it was perfect for me and exactly what I wanted. Trams and buses run up and down the Prom if you don't want to walk. The room was excellent, with plenty of space, and well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, TV and more besides.
Tips:The hosts have a wealth of local knowledge and can point you towards the restaurant or entertainment type of your choice.

The Beaucliffe is the first place I always look to stay at when visiting Blackpool, which we do every year. You are always guaranteed a warm welcome, a good nights sleep in the pristinely presented rooms, and a wonderful cooked breakfast the morning after. If you’ve not stayed here before I highly recommend it... you will not be disappointed.
Tips:For families, check out High Jinx Illusionist at the Viva Theatre and the Circus at the Tower. Two really great shows, definitely worth a look.

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We had a lovely stay whilst visiting Blackpool forSlimefest. The rooms were spotless and well equipped, they had clearly been recently renovated. The location was perfect, a two-minute walk down the hill and you were straight by the Sea, and in the middle of the illuminations. But the best part of our stay was the hospitality we received, it really felt like a home from home.

The kids are asking when they can go back already, we would 100% recommend staying here and we will definately be back! I feel as though we went to stay as holiday makers but left as friends!
Tips:The guesthouse itself is only 5 mins by car into Blackpool centre or a tram ride away although we walked and only took us 20 mins, it’s located in a quiet area of Blackpool but within easy access to get to places! It gets a 10/10 from us

Such a lovely stay. Wonderful hosts who couldn't do enough for us. Our children took a shine to Mark! Breakfast spot on and the food we ordered in the evenings was great too. Couldn't have asked for more accommodating hosts. One little critism about the room was there were no black out curtains so the room was bright from a very early hour... Not great with 3 children! Other than that the room was perfect for us.
Tips:24 hour pass on tram great value for families. We loved the Pleasure Beach. Although it was expensive we spent a full day there and there's something for all ages.

Brilliant from start to finish, clean, affordable, location spot on, less than 200meters from a tram stop. If you don’t want to do that only a 15 minute walk to the tower. Nothing too much hassle for the owners and they where very knowledgable about the attractions, there costs, times to go. Even managed to get us 30% discount on the tickets.
Tips:Get the tram pass, £12 for 3 days unlimited travel well worth it Take advantage of the 30% discount offered by the beaucliffe, cheaper than the group tickets offered. The Beaucliffe is a comfortable and friendly place to stay. The rooms are well furnished and practical - there is ample room for clothes / cases. We enjoyed superb breakfasts in the delightful breakfast room - it also catches the morning sun. I have made annual visits to Blackpool for most of the last 30 years - The Beaucliffe certainly is my favourite! Cannot be faulted in any way- just wish we were able to stay longer!
Tips:The Beaucliffe is ideally situated in a quiet area of Blackpool, but very close to the Promenade, buses and trams. Importantly, not far from a zebra crossing, otherwise, the Promenade road can be busy to cross. Only a 20 minute walk into the town centre and if you are staying during the Illuminations, some of the most interesting displays are nearby. The Beaucliffe offers a guaranteed parking place; this is a bonus and fairly exceptional in Blackpool.

Very friendly, welcoming and kind. Such a lovely couple, who strive to ensure guests have the best experience. It is by far the best b&b I’ve stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. I will certainly recommend this to any friends and family.
Tips:Get the big ticket if you want to see all the sites. We really enjoyed the circus. The pleasure beach is fantastic.
