5th January 2025:
We had a lovely overnight stay here. Our hosts were so welcoming, even if the weather wasn't. We liked the idea of ordering our breakfast the night before. It was beautifully presented in the morning. Great idea of decorating breakfast room/lounge depending on season. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I and our 2 boys (4,11) had a great stay at beaucliffe. We had the suite with two bedrooms and it was fantastic for our family dynamic. The breakfasts were great. Location was a 2 minute walk to a tram stop which was easy access to all main attractions. The owners were very friendly. Every thing was clean and nicely decorated. Room got a bit stuffy on the first warm day but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Very pleased with the price too!
Tips:Get the tram family pass to save a lot of money.

Have stopped at The Beaucliffe on numerous occasions over the last 8yrs and have always been impressed by the welcome and service we receive during our stay. This hotel is really well presented, modern decor in each of the rooms, with all the niceties you could possibly need provided. The breakfast is superb too, a perfect start to the day before exploring all Blackpool has to offer! If you are looking at booking this hotel then do not look any further, you will not be disappointed :)

This is our third stay at the Beaucliffe and as ever we received a lovely warm welcome as we arrived. Our favourite room offered everything we needed and more from tea and coffee facilities to a huge bed, good sized TV, iron, straighteners and hairdryer. The good sized make up mirror is brilliant too. Bathroom is a really good size and very clean. We have already booked in for next year and look forward to seeing you then. Thank you for all your hard work. You are a fab team and this really shines through in everything you do and provide for us during our stay ☺️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tips:North station has a new tram line adjacent to the station. Brilliant addition to the already brilliant service that it offers. Tram passes are well worth buying and staff on the trams are friendly, helpful and informative. Lots to see and do!!

We had a lovely stay at The Beaucliffe with our three children. The location was perfect as it’s in a nice quiet spot with private parking and the tram stop was very short walk away which takes you directly to the attractions at the sea front. The room was comfortable and lovely and warm, our three children loved the Bunkbed and reading books available outside our room which was a great touch. The owners Mark & Rebecca were fabulous so friendly and accommodating. We’re really helpful and knowledgeable of the area and made you feel so welcome. They also cook a mean breakfast ;) The property it’s self is lovely clean and the facilities there were lovely touches such as biscuits with the Tea/coffee making facilities hairdryer & straighteners. The rooms were lovely sea theme making it ideal for my 2 & 6 yr old We will certainly be booking again!
Tips:We were only up for the weekend but did the arcade, sealife and madam Tussaud’s. If you book a multi-ticket for these places and other related attractions (multi-tickets are a lot cheaper) and you have the photo package watch out on the receipts as there were £5 off vouchers for the photo package at other attractions which we didn’t spot in the first day!

The Beaucliffe is the perfect place for a break, a warm welcome received, we stayed in Room 1 which was well appointed and a good size, clean and very comfortable. The lovely couple that invites you into their home are great hosts, the bar well stocked and the breakfast be cautious what you order as the portion sizes are beyond generous, cooked as requested and served with a pleasant good morning from Mark. All in all our family really enjoyed their stay, location close enough to walk or take tram into main centre, but suitably far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle. We were encouraged to order take away food that we were allowed to eat in the dining area and enjoyed all the home comforts Thank you both and we shall be revisiting next year
Tips:Talk to your hosts when you arrive, they will advise and recommend the best to ensure your stay is fully enjoyable. If you are there for a few days, get the Merlin multi pass for all the attractions and go experience them all

This is a really lovely place to stay. It was quiet but an easy walk or tram ride into the centre. The owners are really friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and warm. Highly recommend. So pleased we found The Beaucliffe, thank you.
Tips:The tower is great and we loved going up and seeing the views from the top, the circus was really great and the ballroom was lovely to see. If you are there fro the illuminations I would recommend having a drive down the road to see them all but also go and walk by the tower because the lights change all the time and they project a light show onto the front. My children loved being outside watching the lights.

Mark and Rebecca were the perfect Hosts. So welcoming and friendly. We immediately felt at home once we arrived. Our room was lovely and spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable - we slept very well! The en-suite was excellent and had one of the best showers ever! The breakfasts were amazing - Rebecca does one of the best cooked breakfasts we've ever had. What was really nice was how Mark and Rebecca stayed in the lounge/bar on an evening and sat and had a drink and a good chat/laugh with us and the other guests. Lovely interaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at The Beaucliffe and would definitely return without a doubt. From Ian and Tracey (Sutton Coldfield)

It’s like home from home. Mark and Rebecca couldn’t be more attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable and homely with nice touches like tea and coffee facilities. There is plenty of hanging space for clothes. Breakfast is out of this world with choices for every taste. There is a bar and lounge area which is a great place to relax after a busy day. My son loves the playroom which has toys and small pool table.
Tips:The Beaucliffe is a 3 minute walk from the Cliffs Hotel tram stop and then a further 7-8 minutes into Blackpool. Download the BPL app and purchase your tram/bus tickets in advance as this is really great value for money. Using the tram head towards Fleetwood and get off at Fisherman’s Walk and 5 minute walk away is the Affinity shopping outlet which is well worth a visit. Big discounts are also available if you purchase the multi buys for the attractions such as Sealife, The Tower Eye, The Circus and Madame Tussaudes.

Fantastic welcome when I arrived ridiculously early. Free tea and toast! Good parking space for my car as promised. Room was spotlessly clean and the facilities in it were excellent - great bathroom/shower. Good choice for breakfast which was very well prepared and served in a well set-out dining area.
Tips:If it's Blackpool it has to be the obvious sights. The Tower, the piers and the beach. A walk along the promenade on a dry clear day in February was very enjoyable. Night life - especially at the weekend - is colourful in every respect. Don't expect fine dining, but do expect plenty of fun.

We stayed with our son who's nearly two. It was perfect for us really spacious room, everywhere was clean they gave my son lots of spare blankets and a travel cot. Breakfast was amazing and lots to choose from and nothing was to much trouble. There is a tram stop down the road if you didn't want to do the long walk. Staff are really friendly and made us feel really welcome and it was homely and we would definitely recommend and visit again

Tips:The hotel is an ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool when it comes to sleeping but so close to the tram network that it doesn't feel like it's too far away to enjoy Blackpool. Honestly the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean, fresh and comfy. The shower was amazing, so much I did not want to get out! The breakfast is delish with a variety of options, there is something for everyone. The bar is very reasonably priced and there are lots of comfy chairs to sit and relax in. And most importantly (for me anyway) is that Mark and Rebecca are so welcoming and make you feel at home right from day 1. There is a sign in the lounge ‘arrive as guests leave as friends’ - the perfect quote for this B&B. I will definitely be back! Thank you both for having me x
Tips:For me the location was perfect, away from the main stretch, the beach is at the top of the road and is quiet and clean. The tram stop is also at the top of the road so you can literally jump on to go down to north/central/south pier. The tram passes also let you on the bus if you need to. North pier has the best icecream (right opposite the pier) Robertson icecream and oyster bar. And if you go the opposite way up to Bispham there is the best Italian restaurant called Terra Nostra that you need to try.

Very good area - away from the main centre of Blackpool, but in a very positive way! I stayed with my 13yr old and we felt very safe going for a cliff top wander late in the evening! The breakfast was fabulous - choice, choice and more choice! Cooked brekkie was beautiful! Will definitely stay here when we visit Blackpool again - would not even look anywhere else. We we’re made to feel welcome the moment we stepped through the door. Mark and Rebecca are friendly, professional, attentive hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent and the choice for breakfast was fantastic. Our room was clean and homely. The hotel is located within a short walk to the nearest tram stop getting you into Blackpool in about 5 minutes. This means you are away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the sights and sounds of Blackpool itself. There is a well stocked bar and evening meals are also available. The games room was a real bonus and my 6 year old son made good use of this. We will definitely be booking again.
Tips:A BFL transport pass is a must. Jumping on and off the trams and buses is so convenient. We even managed to get over to the Zoo using these services. The Circus is well worth a visit as is Sea life. What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! We have just arrived home after spending 2 nights in the family suite at The Beaucliffe and we cannot fault it at all. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere and the hosts were extremely welcoming and worked above and beyond to cater for any needs you may have. The room was comfortable and decorated beautifully, with everything you could ever need. Lots of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, free bottled water on request, hairdryer, straighteners, iron and towels. The bathroom was very modern with a beautiful large walk in shower. The breakfast was gorgeous too, a choice of full English, cereal, croissants, fruit, yoghurts, toast, tea, coffee and juices. We have stayed in a few hotels/B&B’s/Guest Houses throughout the country and this has to be by far one of the best. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we shall certainly be returning in the future.

We had a lovely stay, the lounge bar and dining area was beautifully set out, the breakfasts excellent and the meal we had perfect. The room was spacious, very comfortable and everything was provided, the shower hot and powerful and the hand wash, shower gel was divine. Thank you for your hospitality, we wish you every success with your ongoing plans but have no doubt you will excel.
Tips:The Beaucliffe is just around the corner from the front, near two tram stops in a quiet area, but an easy walk to the centre. Buy a 24 hour pass for the tram it’s excellent value.. We had a meal in the Beaucliffe which was excellent and fish and chips at Papas (can’t go to Blackpool and not have fish and chips) The central pier was great fun, and a visit to the Winter gardens and Tower ballroom recommended.

This was our second stay at the Beaucliffe and will hopefully not be our last. The owners, Mark and Rebecca, make everyone feel so welcome and can't do enough for you. The rooms are lovely and clean with lots of extra facilities and the decor is bright and cheerful. The breakfasts are very tasty and substantial and the well stocked bar and comfortable lounge ensure a good night in.
Tips:Just 5 minutes walk to the Tram stop. Lots to see and do, not only in Blackpool, but if you want to get away from the crowds, the coastal walks around Fleetwood and Cleveleys are really lovely. In the opposite direction is Lytham and St Annes which are also quieter and with some brilliant shopping facilities.

Tips:Short walk to trams which will take you into the centre of Blackpool however on a nice day the walk is pleasant. Blackpool Zoo was great. The Tower is a must if you haven't ever visited there plus the Pleasure Beach. Some really old rollercoasters which are great fun. Plenty to do if you have children. The lights are great to see. Tips:Blackpool tower ballroom worth a visit as are many other attractions with a decent shopping centre just behind the tower .Also if staying for more than a few days its worth getting a 3 day or 1 week pass on the trams, which you can hop off and on anytime of the day.Illuminations are good and also worth a visit at this time of the year.

What a lucky find! Located near Gynn Square it is away from, but within easy reach of, the touristy areas of Blackpool. I've given "location" a score of 4 because perhaps other people would prefer to be closer to town, but it was perfect for me and exactly what I wanted. Trams and buses run up and down the Prom if you don't want to walk. The room was excellent, with plenty of space, and well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, TV and more besides.
Tips:The hosts have a wealth of local knowledge and can point you towards the restaurant or entertainment type of your choice.

Fantastic place to stay location and parking wise. We had a lovely room but the only thing I could say by way of a comment that I hope can be actioned is to put curtains in the room. Blinds fitted at the windows did not keep out the street lighting and the room was generally very bright during the night so curtains would have made that much better. That is the only negative comment to make. Food and service was spot on and can’t wait to stay there again

Mark and Rebecca were great hosts and were very helpful and informative. We will be back again.

Such a lovely stay. Wonderful hosts who couldn't do enough for us. Our children took a shine to Mark! Breakfast spot on and the food we ordered in the evenings was great too. Brilliant from start to finish, clean, affordable, location spot on, less than 200meters from a tram stop. If you don’t want to do that only a 15 minute walk to the tower. Nothing too much hassle for the owners and they where very knowledgable about the attractions, there costs, times to go. Even managed to get us 30% discount on the tickets.
Tips:Get the tram pass, £12 for 3 days unlimited travel well worth it Take advantage of the 30% discount offered by the beaucliffe, cheaper than the group tickets offered. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was great and couldn't have wished for any better service.
Tips:Tram stop is 2 minutes from the hotel. Definitely worth looking into the daily, 3 daily and weekly passes if you intend on using them frequently. The tram line can get you to pretty much anywhere up and down the coastline.

The Beaucliffe is a comfortable and friendly place to stay. The rooms are well furnished and practical - there is ample room for clothes / cases. We enjoyed superb breakfasts in the delightful breakfast room - it also catches the morning sun. I have made annual visits to Blackpool for most of the last 30 years - The Beaucliffe certainly is my favourite! Cannot be faulted in any way- just wish we were able to stay longer!
Tips:The Beaucliffe is ideally situated in a quiet area of Blackpool, but very close to the Promenade, buses and trams. Importantly, not far from a zebra crossing, otherwise, the Promenade road can be busy to cross. Only a 20 minute walk into the town centre and if you are staying during the Illuminations, some of the most interesting displays are nearby. The Beaucliffe offers a guaranteed parking place; this is a bonus and fairly exceptional in Blackpool.

Before arriving at the beaucliffe hotel my partner and I rang up to check if we could come earlier to drop off our bags. Rebecca was very kind and chatty over the phone and didn’t make it seem like it was a bother and said to come whenever we were ready! On arrival we were kindly greeted by Rebecca and Mark who instantly made us feel welcomed. We were told that at any point we could let them know what we would like for our breakfast and showed us around the lounge and dining area before showing us to our room! They informed us that they’d changed our room last minute so we would have more room, which was very thoughtful! Breakfast was excellent and to a very high standard. On our last day we wanted to enjoy more time in Blackpool after we stayed our time in the hotel. Rebecca and Mark offered to keep our bags until we came back from making the most of our last day! We arrived back at the hotel with so much time to kill before our train home. They offered us to stay in the lounge whilst we waited where we both got a hot drink whilst chatting with Rebecca. Our stay was perfect and we will definitely return soon! Thank you for a brilliant time.

Mark and Rebecca are wonderful and welcoming hosts and go out of their way to help, when I arrived my car was a little hot and bothered and I was panicking but Mark and his friend was straight out and took over and reassured me it would be fine. Thank you soo much for that as I was in a real panic. Car was parked on forecourt -free onsite parking - brilliant. Our room was very clean and had everything you could need ,plenty of tea, coffee etc , iron and board , hairdryer and me and my young daughter was thrilled at two lovely glass jars which had cotton balls and ear buds. We had forgotten ours! The bed was nice and comfy , breakfast was yummy and the dining room area very clean . Mark told us where to get the tram ( not far from hotel). We had a lovely stay and will defitnatley book again. Thanks again x

Stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter to attend a convention. The hosts were amazing. Extremely friendly and i couldn't have asked for better service. The breakfast was very tasty with plenty to choose from. The rooms are very clean and modern with a lovely comfortable bed. The only thing I would have changed is the parking spaces. They are a little tight to get in and out of. Maybe losing the side wall to make it more spacious would help. Although there was always a space available when I returned to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to stay in Blackpool. Very reasonable rates too!

The Beaucliffe is a lovely small hotel with friendly and helpful owners - we stayed overnight in nicely appointed rooms with fresh decoration and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a highlight, and we would highly recommend a stay here if you are coming to Blackpool. We will certainly book here again when next in Blackpool.

We stayed for one night at the Beaucliffe during the illuminations. The location is great, a minutes walk away from the sands Hotel tram stop so you can avoid the crowds and traffic and there is plenty of free parking around the area to allow you to leave the car and get back on your journey avoiding all the traffic. The hotel is great with a licensed bar in house, warm fire and living room feel, there is also an off license corner shop just around the corner if you need anything. But the best thing is the relaxed nature and friendliness of the owners who are great, we will be going again I am sure when we next visit the area. We stayed in the family room which had a double bed, bunk beds a Tv and shower room ensuite and was perfectly fine.
Tips:The location is ideal if you are happy to use the trams. During the illuminations the streets are at a standstill with traffic jams so this area is ideal to avoid when you want to leave at night following your stay.

Breakfast is excellent with nothing spared in terms of quality. Like many hotels you have to book the cooked elementrs of your breakfast the night before. This is Ok if you like it.

We really enjoyed our one night stay. I stayed with my children and one of their friends. They loved the family room and all the little touches. It made our trip even more special. It was nice to have a drink in the lounge after a long day at the Pleasure Beach with drinks from the bar. Staff v friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.
Tips:We found a lovely little Italian just set back from the promenade between the rock and candyfloss kiosks, a 10 min walk from the Pleasure Beach. It has space inside and outside. Worth paying for the extra rides at Sandcastles. We spent a whole day there.

Lovely hotel in a great location quire but local to some amenities as the local nisa and the newsagents which sells daily or weekly tram passes which is ideal. The tram stop is a 5mins walk to the top of the road and this allows you to hop on and off as and when you please. Our room was very clean and at a good standard , breakfast was superb proper full English and even though the hotel was full it was extremely quite and could have slept through.
Tips:Tram stop 4 mins at the top of the road. Local newsagents to buy tram passes a couple min walk with a local nisa. north pier not far

Lovely family run hotel, very clean and comfortable Mark and Rebecca the owners make you feel so welcome. Great value for money, fab full english breakfast or continental breakfsst or both of you prefer. It's less than a minute walk to the cliffs hotel tram stop in a very nice clean part of Blackpool away from all the noise and hustle. Also has a small bar with Carling and cider on draft and lovely big wine glasses, excellent for a wee night cap. We travelled as a family of 3 (10 year old) excellent b&b for families.

Stayed with wife and 3 kids. We were looking for a relaxed, quiet place and that's exactly what we got. Room was ideal. Plenty big enough for the 5 of us. Mark and Rebecca really made us all feel welcome. Lovely homely feel to the place. Breakfast is included and plentiful. Full English very tasty. Plenty of fruit, yogurt, cereals and juices available. There is a car parking space for each room which is an added bonus. The town is easily accessible by tram which stops at top of the road, 2 minute walk away, to bring you to the attractions Blackpool has to offer. A nice little bar located in the dining/living area for a nice drink to unwind. Overall, we could not be happier with our stay. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

The beaucliffe is a lovely b&b. The host are really warm and welcome. Mark / Rebbeca .when we arrived mark even took are bags up to the room good old fashioned hospitality. We had the family room with the three kids. The room was cosy had a homely feel. Family room has a double bed and a double bunk with a single on top. The dining room and lounge bar area. Have a log burner. And is well. Cosy and warm enjoyed a good few pints from the bar in my room playing games with the kids. Mark tells you lots of information. Which yer need and is always a positive especially. Concerning tram ticket family pass we just left car. Outside parked up. We went out. For tea. Breakfast. Spot on can not fault. 10/10. Our kids love a fry up. Enjoyed are day at. Pleasure beach. And a lovely. Tea at the. Weather spoons also. Will Deffinetely. Be going back probably. For the weekend as you need more time. See yer soon mark Rebbeca.
Tips:If yer a family with kids yer need to book in advance for pleasure beach and also yer can get a resort pass for longer stays which mark told us about. But is on Internet. Giving you a good saving. On all the attractions.

We had a lovely stay in room number two. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and modern, with the added bonus of, and quite often overlooked, enough tea/coffee/ hot chocolate facilities for all five of us, many a time we five have had to share two cups of cheap coffee, but not here, plenty for everyone and good quality too!! We were welcomed in despite our early arrival and couldn't have been made to feel more at home, nothing was too much trouble and advice of where to buy the best tickets saved us literally hundreds during our stay. We all slept very well in the extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, lots of choice of cereal, fruit, yoghurts, juices, pastries and cooked options which were beautiful, well cooked and tasty. All in all a fantastic stay, with lovely people, and I will definitely stay here again.
Tips:Save your legs and parking wars leave the car and walk up to the seafront for the tram, family all day ticket is £10, bargain!! Buy tickets as a package from the tourist information centre to save hundreds compared to on the door prices.

Tips:We went to a show at the Opera House and for half time drinks went to the small bar next door which was pleasant. Took a tram to Bispan which cost £2 each; Bispan is away from the rowdiness of the centre and for pub grub would recommend The Highlander for decent food at a reasonable price.

Many thanks for making our stay at The Beaucliffe an enjoyable one. Although it was only for one night, it seemed like we had been longer, due to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere created by Mark and Rebecca. From the very comfy beds in our room to the excellent full english breakfast. Even down to a dedicated parking space, another plus feature. If any of my friends and family need somewhere to stay, I would heartily recommend your establishment. Thanks again.
Tips:At the time off writing this review, there was a major problem with the water supply in this area. if you need to drink water, brush your teeth etc., use bottled water or boiled water. Excellent location for using the tram system into Blackpool itself.

A really good stay with very friendly staff. This made the holiday better for us. My 6 & 4 year olds were crying when we got home as they missed being at the b&b and Blackpool!! Would definitely go again.
Tips:Worth buying a tram pass, as the piers and tower is around a mile walk. We walked a few times which was nice but tiring. It's a good thing being out the way so it's quieter and away from the noise especially when you have children.

A Fantastic stay. The only thing I would change is to make it a longer stay. Mark came out and greeted us when we arrived, as did Rebecca. None of the pictures on the website do justice to how lovely it is inside. The room was really comfortable and certainly spacious enough. Breakfast was delicious and filled us up for our adventures. Mark is a great host and has loads of great info and advice about the area. This was my first visit to Blackpool and I can't wait to return and stay at the Beaucliffe. Would definitely recommend it.

We were given a very warm welcome by the owners, who are also very accommodating. The lovely bay-fronted twin room is spacious and breakfast is 1st class. Hot and cold snacks are available until early evening, and we were able to have a relaxing drink in the modern lounge area on our return to the hotel in the evening.
Tips:The Beaucliffe is in the lovely, quiet, residential area of Blackpool North Shore and it provides a pleasant walk along the prom into the centre of Blackpool or Bispham. It is also close to the trams and bus stops.
