Nice central location. A large house with decent facilities. There were a few issues which I reported in the office to have resolved. We enjoyed our stay and are returning in February.

We were in Blackpool for the British championships at the Winter Gardens which is only a short walk away from the house. We ate at Bella Italia and the Vintro Lounge both of which were excellent. There are lots of things to do within a very short walk from the house.

Very spacious house in a great location. Everywhere was clean and lots of little touches -tea towel, cloth etc, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. My husband enjoyed the biscoff 👍 and we enjoyed the games 😊 Only thing I feel would improve this would be to have somewhere for clothes in every bedroom and more pans as it was a little tricky cooking for 7 Communication was great throughout and responding to questions I had was very prompt. We would definitely stay here again 👍

It's central for everything, but just far enough back to not be too noisy during the night.

very efficient check-in and out process. Had small problem attentively attended to.

In Blackpool for the Latin & Ballroom finals so did not venture out too much. Fish and chip - PAPAS - excellent - very attentive as one of party is celiac (gluten free) and provided option for us. Blackpool Tower Ballroom - reasonable cost to enter and to have a dance on the floor

28th February 2022:

Very spacious, comfortable and tidy. We had one adult with limited mobility and the steps were a little hard. A toilet downstairs would have been ideal. We had a great stay. Ideal for large family as we had a room each. Walking distance to the beach and main attractions mean that we didn’t have the car during our stay.

The beach house is a lovely place to eat although a bit expensive.

The house was perfect for my group off 11 adults celebrating a 40th birthday party. It was a real home from home and everything we needed we found at the house. Spacious rooms, only negative comment came from the ladies who drew the short straw with the sofa bed, were we said the sofa bed had seen better days and was uncomfortable.

House is literally a stones throw from Coral Island, car park and literally anything you would need. It is definitely the best location we have stayed in Blackpool and we have been going to Blackpool as a group for years.

Good size property in an ideal central location. Nice large living/dining area. A couple of the showers need attention. One not working and one in the main bathroom, although working, the water drains onto the floor so not ideal for the floor and boards underneath Did not spoil our stay.

whole house for your group. so more relaxing and private . very clean and spacious rooms. kitchen has everything big size fridge and cooker. dishwasher too small back yard but that didnt ruin our stay Help available if needed. There is also washing machine if you staying for week or longer. defiantly recommend

you are located just behind the coral island then the beach front. so not too near for noise but walking distance to get to all facilities pubs restaraunts and tower.

Had a couple of issues with electrics in the kitchen, however the problem got sorted straight away! Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff. Great location.

5th November 2019:

Fantastic location for all of the activities in the resort. The accommodation is fantastic for a larger group, plenty of space to accommodate family and friends. We would have liked a couple more saucepans, larger size and a bowl to serve pasta etc....but otherwise a well equipped kitchen. Lovely welcome tray with tea, coffee, biscuits and even Blackpool Rock! We did have a large leak in one of the bedrooms due to torrential rain, which did affect us. However we have been fully compensated for the night two guests had to stay in a local hotel. We couldn’t find bedding for the sofa bed, luckily I had some with me. But otherwise towels, and bedding all great. Great TV with Netflix etc which made the stay even better.

We had a great meal in the fish and chip shop opposite the house, blue signage. Very good value and the staff were so welcoming. Winter Gardens area absolutely unmissable, and the Empress Ballroom is stunning. The beaches are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Coral Island was a great way to spend an hour winning key rings, Jack sparrow paid a visit and gave out chocolate coins to the children. There is a great breakfast in Debenhams, lovey seating and food.

2nd October 2019:

Absolutely massive house right smack bang in the middle of everything it was brilliant. You do how have to be careful of the middle floor ensuite bedrooms bathroom as there is no handle or railing and is very slippery, plus the toilet flush is poor. The middle floor shower was like the Krypton Factor. It was lovely to stay here and will do again.

The area is a bit toughy and you're surrounded by moody rude locals BUT there are so many smiling happy faces it didn't matter. You're right behind the tower with food and entertainment coming from ever location. I think cream on the cake is the carpark was over the road as there isn't any onsite road parking you do have to make your own arrangements but there 2over the road so it has perfect. There's WiFi and a equipped kitchen and a dining room. It's really nice, bit battered and needs some TLC but for what you pay for its beaut.
