Amazing and very helpful staff, there was a little hiccup when arrived but was sorted out straight away. The apartments are of high quality and in very clean condition, would highly recommend this company, can't wait to rebook, thank you very much

In an amazing location, there are loads of shops, restaurants and bars right on the door step also 2 minutes walk and you are right on the sea front by coral island and the tower and even the town centre is about 10 minutes walk perfect location

Great staff and quick to help / answer questions. When we did not have the bedding for the sofabed in the room, it was dropped off at our door within 30 minutes. Perfect place to stay if you are travelling for a few days and want to be able to self-cater. Rooms are spacious and location it 5 minutes from Winter Gardens.

Had a bit of trouble getting radiators to work. Different types, managed to get 3 working which was adequate but twin room was cold.

lovely roomy apartment , two large bedrooms good size kitchen with everything that you need including a dish washer , really good heating system as the long weekend we were there it more or less rained all the time with strong winds .

good location 5 mins from the sea front , Centre prier 10 mins ,food and drinking places all close . had a great time .and of course the lights and lit up trams at night brilliant .

The primark is AMAZING!!! So close to all the shops very close to the sea front. We went to sea life, wax works, Peter rabbit and the gruffalo on the night we went on the horse and carriage to see the lights. Absolutely magical! If you have a little one highly recommend. We also went to Blackpool zoo! It was a lovely day no rain. Again highly recommend. I’d recommend it all. The best 3 days!

So close to the tower and all you could want. Fabulous indian restaurant on clifton road " East to west". We stayed while the firework championships was on and that was amazing and free!. Recommend the "Black pug" for a good night of dancing

Great stay very near the main attractions of Blackpool. The team are very quick at responding to any issues and it's handy the bar was just around the corner to pop in to sort parking out. The apartment was spacious and ideal travelling as a family. Only slight negative was the sofa was a bit uncomfortable to actually sit on and the area is slightly run down but other than that a great stay.

We visited Peter Rabbit and sealife we were travelling with a 2 year old and those attractions are easily walkable.

We personally didn’t like the area but it is convenient for the attractions. Only a few minutes walk to the front and arcades, shops etc. once inside the apartment we found it to be clean, well equipped and very spacious. Beds were comfortable and lovely towels and linen. Blackpool wasn’t really for us so wouldn’t return but I would recommend the apartment if you are visiting the area.

Pubs, restaurants, arcades, sea front, piers and many other activities close by. Sea life centre, madam Tussaud’s, tower, winter gardens all close by.

We were moved from The Blackpool Resort Hotel due to the toilet in our room developing a leak during consistent heavy rain. The apartment the gave us was very clean, comfortable with modern decor and all the facilities for a self catering holiday. The location was perfect for the centre of Blackpool and all the entertainment etc. Highly recommend the Heritage House for anyone looking for a self catering holiday in Blackpool. Worth much more than 5 stars. 👍

Being in the centre of Blackpool there is a massive choice for food and entertainment within easy walking distance even for a 75 year old codger like me.

Communication was 100% booking was easy and any questions we had you answered. Really helpful on the day when visiting the booking office. One apartment of three was available which was a huge help.

Great location for central Blackpool, parking was easy and outside has a 15 min drop/collect parking which is handy. All three apartments were clean and very comfortable. I’d recommend anyone wanting a place to stay for a large family or group. 10/10

Our apartment was lovely clean and spacious. The mattresses and pillows were amazing, more comfier than the ones we have at home (forgot to check the label for the brand) as I would definitely go out and buy these. Although only stayed 1 night I would definitely book this apartment again. Thank you 😊

Car park is tricky if your not a confident driver especially if you’ve a big car like myself and cost £10 a night. I did clip my front side on the gate. Next time I would park somewhere else. Only down of the trip.

Everything about the apartment was amazing, very clean and tidy. Great view of the tower at night all lit up. Only thing i will complain about is the bed, thought it was a double but its actually 2 singles together so wasn’t very comfy. Other than that i would definitely recommend to people.

Although it’s a lovely apartment and the location was perfect for walking distance to spoons for breakfast. The tower and trams easily within 10 mins of walking. The downside was although Heritage has been kept lovely and clean other properties around were not so nice and the people were a bit dubious.I would like to point out it’s not the fault of Heritage, just to make you aware.

Clean, spacious, warm accommodation. Very handy to all Attractions, carpark and convenience store just around the corner. Apartment has everything you would need. Ideal for families. Lots of room with a double bed, 2 single beds and 2 double sofa beds. Cleaning staff pleasant and helpful. We try to come to Blackpool every year or so and this has been the best accommodation. We are a family of four, with 2 being teenagers.

Tower eye and pleasure beach a must see/do attraction. Watching the dancing in the tower ballroom was lovely and the Bloom bar on the pier had great cocktails on tap.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. We loved how close we was to the town centre. The only thing that I would of liked was a sweeping brush. I liked the way the dining table was spacious in the living room. Also my ideal preference would be a TV in the bedrooms. We loved our stay and would highly recommend for families.

You can pretty much get everything within walking distance. There’s plenty of places to park at a reasonable price.

On arrival we were met by a wonderful member of staff (can’t remember his name) who showed us where to park our car (was quite a tight fit around the rear of the property but it was in a safe location). Once inside he showed us up to our second floor apartment & gave us a little tour. All the rooms were spacious & well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, the rooms were also very clean & tidy. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to spend some time in Blackpool & I would definitely return here again.

Apartment was surprisingly bigger and more spacious than we thought. It provided everything we needed, close to shops and all of Blackpools best places. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff amazing, helpful, happy and kind. We were allowed to store our luggage at their lovely coffee shop as we arrived early which was extremely helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking heritage house apartments from now on when we visit Blackpool and we will spread the word. Thank you for a lovely stay!

If you get there early and need to store luggage, the coffee shop will kindly help you with this. Everything is in walking distance. Coral island and the sea front is literally at the end of the road. The tram to pleasure beach is quick if you have little ones and cheap

Couldn’t fault the service. Every question answered promptly, check in very easy. Accommodation great. Only slight comment on the need for children’s cups, plates and cutlery would be better to avoid any breakages. The bathroom needs a little TLC around the bath as the shower runs out of the screen and the sealant needs replacing, but these things happen. Will definitely be back

Blackpool may have taken a back seat as a go to place for holidays in a lot of people sad eyes. But with 4 grandchildren 8 and under we had the best time. It’s a little tired in the back streets but never fails to deliver on fun and entertainment. The beach is truly amazing. We went to the Zoo which is fantastic and Viva for a kids comedy show which they all loved. Go you won’t be disappointed

The Swing apartment was amazing, met all our needs and was everything we hoped for for our ASN son. It was very clean, spacious and the outdoor area topped ot all off. The staff were exceptional, checking in on us and replacing a wobbly shower head within an hour of is being reported. Nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. Thank you for an amazing stay, the first in many years where our son felt calm and able to enjoy the holiday.

West Coast Rock Cafe has half price burgers Mondays, half price steaks Tuesdays and half price Mexican food on Wednesdays. Blackpool Resort Lounge looked amazing.

An absolutely fabulous experience with Heritage House apartments. From the start the team communicated perfectly with regular email updates. We called a few times before going and the staff sounded so great on the phone, professional, friendly and answered everything we needed. When we got there meeting them was a pleasure such lovely staff. We got there earlier and were told our apartment was ready which was fabulous as we had two older children and a 4 year old who needed the rest ! The apartment was perfect for our family. Spotlessly clean, spacious, decorative and welcoming. We had everything we needed, a home away from home !

The location was perfect ! Coach stop just down the road and the beach just a tad further! So many convenient places nearby, Sealife, Blackpool Tower, central and south pier and many more. Leaving was helpful as we left our luggage at the coffee shop and had one last trip to the beach ! Absolutely perfect stay. From the start we were made to feel very welcome. The location is fantastic, you could not get any closer to the centre. The apartment was extremely spacious and had everything you could possibly need and more. Will definitely be staying again and recommending to friends and family. One thing that could be improved is the comms re parking, we had paid for parking beforehand and didn’t realise we had to go into the coffee lounge to collect the permit and find out where the space was, if we could have been emailed this prior that would have been great.

Was an absolutely lovely apartment, had absolutely everything you could want. We were there for only one night, but we had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the parking situation, but that’s such a small issue, outweighed completely by everything else. Thank you.

Only there for one night for a tournament, so didn’t end up seeing much of Blackpool itself. But it’s a small walk to the Blackpool tower, and has some shops nearby for food and drinks.

Everybody I have dealt with has been most helpful, friendly and I really cannot fault their service. Was really pleased with the party package. Only criticism I would have was the parking facilities, quite difficult to get in/out & think should be included in the room rate. We parked our 2 cars on the main car park the following day after leaving the apartment which was the same price and would do that next time we visit! But overall really pleased we have found Heritage Apts and will definitely stay again!

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a fantastic staff member Muzzy happy smiling, He made us feel so welcome, He helped with our cases ,showed us around the apartment , absolutely 10/10 such a fantastic helpful guy. The apartment was spotlessly clean ,warm , fantastic location , beautiful view of the tower on the night Every little detail was thought about including two sticks of Blackpool rock such LOVLEY little personal touches I think this shows great pride in the job and guests are no1 priority. Big comfy bed with fantastic quality bedding with a high standard thread count . Lots of hot water for showers and very clean bathroom thick fluffy towels presented beautiful on the bed in flower style folding The breakfast hamper was outstanding with very good quality food products including gluten free items Communication from muzzy & Mark and all of the team was superb The cleaner girls were meet on the day of leaving were very happy and friendly and did an outstanding job . The apartment is massive it’s a real home from home everything you could wish for We paid a little extra for parking on site but absolutely worth it The team go above and beyond to accommodate everyone We would like to say a big thankyou for having us and making our weekend a very special memory.

Hi all four of us enjoyed our 3 day stay, all clean and plenty of room. we were happy about almost everything except being placed on the highest floor as we are all pensioners. carrying our bags up to the top floor proved tiring, so would have been better if we had been placed on lower level but overall we enjoyed it

all good but if you are elderly request lower floor as too many stairs

The apartment was clean, tidy and very comfortable. It was perfect for a few days away with all the facilities that you needed. The location was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Lots of places to eat and things to do. The illuminations were brilliant, but the best ones are down past the tower, so I would start that end & walk up towards the pleasure park.

Great little apartment. Very good value for money . Staff that I interacted with were excellent . Very polite ,friendly and very helpful. Responded to requests information almost immediately .apartment very clean . Contained everything you needed for your stay . Nice touch with tea coffee biscuits milk . Ramp for wheelchair access which was great as we had my 80 year old mother with us

We visited to see the lights and walking . Lots of bars and fish and chip shops . Passed through the shopping area and although I didn’t shop seemed plenty there to have a good day shopping .

9th November 2021:

This was our second time staying with Blackpool Resort Family but the first time staying at Heritage House. Perfect accommodation to suit myself, my parents and my two young children. Fab location, short walk to the Golden Mile and a couple of take aways/convenience stores within a stones throw of the apartments which was ideal for us. The place was spotless and beds really comfy. Love the added touches of sticks of rock and biscuits in the kitchen. Communication was brilliant from booking the accommodation right through to check out. When we first arrived we struggled to park in the allocated parking as it was quite tight. I called through to reception who straight away found us a more suitable parking space for our stay. Unfortunately our first (and only) full day consisted of 40mph winds and heavy rain so we decided to stop another night, this wasn't a problem for the Blackpool Resort Family and after making the call, we secured another night for half the price. The staff here really can't do enough for you. If and when we return to Blackpool I would not hesitate to stay in one of these apartments again and it will be the first place I recommend to others. I would also recommend getting in touch directly when booking, as Milly was so helpful (as was everyone I dealt with but Milly handled the majority of our booking) with every query and got us a fantastic price. Absolutely 5 star service. Thank you!

6th November 2021:

Lovely and clean and beautifully presented. Every facility from a coffee machine to a dishwasher. All items such as a new cloth, dishwasher tablets and bin bags all presented in a separate bag. Couple of points to note - no instructions for oven and dishwasher (dishwasher ran out of rinse aid but with one call to reception, maintenance came out and sorted it out). Bath/shower could do with a rubber mat at bath was slippery. Car parking was very tight. If you did not know the size of your car I doubt if you would be able to park and if all 4 spaces were occupied, I am not sure you would be able to manoeuvre, especially with a bigger car. Breakfast - there was no butter for the toast.

Really clean, tidy apartment with big rooms and loads of space. Simply everything provided for you. If you have any queries, help is just a phone call away! Centrally located for all amenities with the exception of the Pleasure Beach which is a 1.5 mile walk or a tram ride away. Breakfast is really worthwhile - for just £3.50pppn everything is provided for you from a full cooked breakfast to yohurt, fruit and cereals. This place is a rare find!
